4) Do you have a tendency to accept personal responsibility and just go and fix things without needing any credit from others? Yes___ No___

5) When a conflict arises do you have a tendency to get it off of you by focusing in on what another is saying or doing in a blaming way? Yes___ No___

6) When people are revealing things from deep down inside them selves is your tendency to isolate or withdraw yourself from the conversation? Yes___ No___

A yes on questions 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 may reveal your basic position in communications with others. For example questions 1 & 5 are related to the unaware self; questions 2 & 6 are related to the hidden or secret self; while questions 3 & 7 are related to the shallow or superficial self. A yes on questions 4 & 8 may reveal that you are moving in the direction of Ones True Self, or the 4th phase of self development. The phase that shows you are moving into the heart rending state of compassion for your fellow beings. What is important here is the first three phases most often show signs of inward fears creating defense mechanisms while reducing your ability to be an effective leader.
